Return & Refund Policy

Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any opened or used items.

If your item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.


Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:

  • You received a damaged item
  • You received the wrong product

To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will make it right.


Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened or used products
  • Disposable tools (wands, swabs, etc.)
  • Adhesives and liquids
